Please have your order number available.

Shipping Policy

We ship to the fifty United States and offer two levels of shipping service:      

Standard Delivery  4-6 business days*

Express Delivery 2 business days*

*Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order prior to shipping.  Orders placed      
after 12:00 noon ET will be processed the next day.  Orders placed on Friday, Saturday      
or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.  Ground delivery can take up to 7 business days    
to Alaska and Hawaii.    

Your shipping and handling charge will be calculated based on the weight of your order    
and will be added to your cart subtotal prior to submitting the order.    

Sales Tax

We collect and remit sales tax in New York and California.  If the shipping address is    
located in either of these states, the appropriate sales tax will be collected.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product from The Culinary Institute of     
America® Masters Collection®, you can return it for replacement or refund.  Please    
contact our customer service department  and we will be happy to assist you.
